Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of Abide University’s websites, mobile apps, learning platforms, APIs or other online services (collectively, the “Site”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version and change the “Effective date.” Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, code and software—are owned by or licensed to Abide and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. User‑Generated Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit (assignments, forum posts, feedback, etc.) but grant Abide a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, publish and display it for educational and promotional purposes.
- You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not infringe any third‑party rights, violate law or these Terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Site for illegal, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene or fraudulent purposes;
- Introducing viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems;
- Reverse‑engineering, scraping or data‑mining without permission;
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with Abide.
7. Third‑Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or integrate third‑party tools. Abide does not endorse or control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Access at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abide disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free or secure access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abide and its officers, employees or agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use (or inability to use) the Site.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Abide, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws provisions. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally with Abide for at least 30 days. If unresolved, the parties may agree to binding arbitration in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, or pursue claims in a competent court.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Abide or third parties.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
15. Entire Agreement & Waiver
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Abide regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver.
16. Feedback
Any ideas, suggestions or feedback you submit are non‑confidential. You grant Abide a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation.
